In 2008 Orange Investments spearheaded the Catedra program, in an initiative to cultivate some of the nation’s best young talent in the real estate sector. Through a partnership with Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM), one of the leading technological universities in Latin America, Orange has shared its experience and insight in real estate development with over 250 students to date.

The program was initiated to give students an opportunity to interact with successful industry leaders in all sectors of the real estate industry – development, architecture, finance, design, planning, etc. in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Catedra offers ITESM students a semester long glimpse at the many intricate facets of real estate development, outside of their day-to-day studies in the classroom. Aside from exposing students to the work of successful industry leaders, the program also serves as a wonderful networking tool to young talent as they prepare to enter the workforce.
