Micropolis is Monterrey's southern region newest, most innovative urban mixed-use project. Rising 31 stories with more than 150 residential units -all with different configurations- its residential building will feature breathtaking panoramic views of the city mountains and its surroundings.
The project addresses the significant lack of hotel/office space in the area and will feature a vibrant retail plaza with a central open terrace.


Micropolis was design by Mexico's widely renowned architect Javier Sanchez (Jsa).
